Happy Monday morning to you peeps. How was your weekend? I had the pleasure of visiting the fine city that is Houston to cover the 2020 Carl Lewis Indoor Invitational. It was my 1st time there since they added Big Blue to the arena. I must say, it did not look as bad as I thought it would look. And when I say bad, I mean not enough space, but it seems to be more space than before with the flat track. I was very impressed by the whole setup. The track is still producing very fast times. It was a pretty great meet.
I went back to old school promoting. I noticed that a lot of you are still unfamiliar with our site, so I had to go back to an old school technique. Passing out flyers. Hopefully most of you kept your flyers and didn't throw them in the trash. I didn't see any on the ground when I left so that's promising. Just spreading the word about what we are doinghere at Inside Texas Track.
I want thank those of you who have purchased a shirt. They will be going out in the mail this week. I will be coming up with some more designs and have them posted up in our store soon. I'm running the post on Twitter like commercials. I wish they had an app that would retweet post every 30 minutes...I might have to create that myself.
I'm heading out west this weekend to Lubbock for the high school indoor meet. Anybody wanna take me out to dinner. I'll be there Saturday night...just thought I would throw that out there. I teach my sons you have not because you ask not. Looking forward to seeing the indoor facility. I hear it's very nice. Coach James, can I get a guided tour? I can't wait to see it.
Well, that's my time for now. Let me get back to work before they fire me and then I will have to start charging all types of fees for you guys to enjoy the content of Inside Texas Track. Alright fam, See you guys next week
